Director of Growth Marketing (AI): Leading the growth engine to convert awareness into pipeline for an AI-powered healthcare documentation platform with an accent on demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional team leadership. Focus on optimizing the full-funnel demand engine, integrating AI into marketing workflows, and scaling B2B/B2C acquisition strategies.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco (Hybrid: 3x per week in office)
Salary: $250K – $275K + Equity

What you will do
- Lead a cross-functional growth team across paid, demand generation, email/CRM, and social channels.
- Own the demand generation engine, including paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn, X), organic programs, and ABM plays.
- Drive email and lifecycle marketing to nurture prospects and support expansion in partnership with Customer Marketing.
- Develop SEO and AEO strategies to turn content and social media into measurable pipeline contributors.
- Optimize web performance and content architecture to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Data and GTM teams to define attribution and track marketing performance across channels.
Requirements
- 12+ years of marketing experience, including 6+ years in growth or demand gen leadership at a high-growth tech company.
- Must be willing to work from the SF office at least 3x per week.
- Proven ability to build and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong B2B foundation combined with B2C instincts for end-user activation.
- Experience aligning with Sales and RevOps on pipeline goals, ICP, and segment-based plays.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to drive speed, quality, and efficiency in marketing workflows.
