TL;DR

Director, Growth Marketing (Medtech): Building and scaling the consumer acquisition and retention funnel for a virtual clinic with an accent on paid acquisition, SEO, and lifecycle marketing. Location: Must have active work authorization in the US. Hybrid model: NY based (3 days/week onsite) or SF/Seattle based (quarterly in-person events).

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and own the paid acquisition strategy across paid social, SEM, influencer, and OOH, focusing on CAC efficiency.
  • Develop and scale an SEO and content strategy to build durable organic traffic.
  • Optimize the consumer web presence, landing pages, and conversion funnels in partnership with Product and Design.
  • Manage lifecycle marketing (email, push, SMS) to drive engagement, habit formation, and churn reduction.
  • Define and track core growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, payback period, and retention curves.
  • Lead a high-output growth team comprising FTEs, freelancers, and agency partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth or performance marketing.
  • 4+ years in consumer health, wellness, or a DTC subscription business.
  • Track record of scaling paid acquisition budgets from $0 to millions annually with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, SEM, and lifecycle tools like Braze or Iterable.
  • Active work authorization in the US is required.
  • Proficiency in growth analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude); SQL is a strong plus.

  • Experience as a former founder or generalist growth hacker.
