What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB hospitality accounts with 50-300 employees, from initial touch to contract signing.
  • Generate pipeline through proactive outbound efforts (cold calls, LinkedIn) and convert inbound leads.
  • Conduct deep discovery using the SPIN framework to identify pain points and map stakeholders.
  • Deliver impactful, tailored product demonstrations focused on solving specific operational challenges.
  • Advance and close deals using the MEDDPICC framework to ensure clear decision criteria and fast turnaround.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff of new clients to the Customer Success team with detailed documentation.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically within SMB or transactional cycles.
  • Proven ability to build an independent pipeline and a passion for outbound hunting.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Must be located in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German.
  • Previous professional experience in the hospitality industry.
