What you will do

  • Solely own and manage the regional SMB book of business, overseeing all upsell and cross-sell motions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying business challenges and uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to drive consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ChatGPT to prioritize outreach and automate engagement at scale.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to align on product positioning and contract execution.
  • Advocate for SMB customers internally to drive product enhancements and innovations.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer growth, preferably with an SMB book.
  • Proven ability to independently own and grow a full book of business with minimal oversight.
  • Expertise in consultative, value-based selling approaches (MEDDPICC experience highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and AI-driven sales tools.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and operational rigor.
  • Must be based in the UK.
