What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal cycle to ensure timely and successful customer renewals aligned with commercial goals.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across the UK and Spain, acting as a trusted commercial advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Procurement, Product, and Solutions teams.
  • Lead strategic account reviews and ROI-driven discussions to articulate the financial and operational impact delivered.
  • Forecast renewal pipelines, track retention metrics, and report on potential risks.
  • Champion the voice of the customer while maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing, revenue-responsible role such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets and successfully closing renewals.
  • Confidence in negotiating and influencing C-suite stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
  • Strong commercial acumen and resilience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
