What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Sensors, and Manufacturing to deliver new hardware products.
• Coordinate critical milestones with cross-functional partners in Product, Industrial Design, and UX.
• Manage complex integrated projects from kickoff through launch, optimizing for performance, schedule, and cost.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, balancing timelines, resources, and risks.
• Drive development builds from Prototype through DVT with internal and external vendor partners.
• Plan and prioritize test activities, ranging from focused design-of-experiments (DOEs) to large-scale beta tests.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in hardware development.
• 5+ years of industry experience managing complex hardware projects, ideally in consumer electronics.
• Successful launch of at least one hardware product with cross-functional dependencies.
• Working knowledge of hardware lead-times and electrical development workflows.
• Must be prepared to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 10% to support engineering builds.
