What you will do

• Construct development program plans including necessary analyses, hardware requirements, and testing.
• Coordinate the implementation of the development program plan and associated project support activities.
• Provide oversight and maintenance of program progress to ensure schedule and cost targets are met.
• Ensure planned development activities result in a straightforward transfer of robust designs to production.
• Interact with customers and subcontractors to negotiate technical details and report project progress.
• Evaluate and implement alternatives for discrepant hardware or test anomalies through trade studies and engineering analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Current Security Clearance or the ability to obtain Security Clearance.
• Basic knowledge of closed-loop control systems and mechanical/electrical hardware design.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to engineers, production staff, and management.
