Salary: $138,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with product management, operations, engineering, QA, and regulatory to prioritize and scope changes to commercial products.
• Author project documentation, create schedules, manage resources, risks, and timelines adhering to design control processes.
• Execute projects from initiation to implementation, acting as scrum master for sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, design reviews, technical discussions, and maintain risk registers with mitigations.
• Partner with leadership for backlog refinement, status updates, retrospectives, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related field; Master’s, MBA, or PMP a plus.
• 4+ years leading development projects, ideally qualifying and transferring design changes to manufacturing.
• 8+ years engineering experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management skills: budgeting, planning, tracking, organization, analytical thinking.
• Technical expertise in embedded systems and design transfer; medical device experience preferred.
• Proficient in Smartsheet, MS Office (Project, Visio); Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) a plus.
• Travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device industry and IEC/ISO standards (13485, 60601, 62304, 14971, 62366).
• Proficiency with Jira, Aha!, project portfolio management, JAMA, AWS/Linux/Unix/Windows.
