What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for the 50+ member Productivity Engineering team, spanning DevEx, Client/Backend Infrastructure, and SRE.
• Drive complex cross-team programs, including large-scale platform migrations and tooling adoptions across multi-quarter timelines.
• Establish feedback loops using DORA, SPACE, and GetDX frameworks to ensure the roadmap meets real developer needs.
• Develop migration playbooks, secure partner commitments, and manage phased rollouts.
• Lead the strategy and adoption of AI developer tooling, including agentic workflows and ROI measurement.
• Manage the Platform Engineering team's Roadmap, OKR planning cycles, and business rhythms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in platform engineering, developer experience, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading multi-team migrations or platform rollouts spanning multiple quarters.
• Strong technical fluency in CI/CD, build systems, microservices, containerization, and cloud-native platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the AI developer tooling landscape, including coding assistants and agentic workflows.
• Experience with agile program management, OKR/roadmap planning, and portfolio prioritization.
• Must be based in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada
