What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI model IP, including compiler outputs, runtime libraries, and hardware collateral.
• Define and enforce release criteria covering correctness, performance, and customer-specific requirements.
• Align hardware, compiler, runtime, kernel, and legal teams to ensure deliverables are technically sound and compliant.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks, such as toolchain gaps and system mismatches.
• Translate customer needs into actionable roadmap priorities and provide visibility to leadership.

Requirements

• Expertise in AI infrastructure, compilers, semiconductors, or systems spanning these domains.
• Proven track record of delivering functional hardware and software IP into customer environments.
• Ability to map complex customer requirements to current platform capabilities.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where HW and SW evolve simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering reality.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance)
