Principal Program Manager (Medtech)

Location: Remote (Canada). Must be able to travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and annual meetings.

Salary: $139,000 - $155,000 per year + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and embedded workstreams within enterprise transformation programs.
• Act as the primary client liaison for SDO-governed projects, ensuring alignment with transformation strategy and portfolio objectives.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using PMO best practices and governance standards.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to executive sponsors and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, SOW development, and accountability to contract deliverables.
• Integrate Organizational Change Management (OCM) and AI-enabled insights into project planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional project management experience in complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading agile and waterfall projects end-to-end.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams and shared accountability.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills, including status reporting and escalation management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Aha!, and MS Office.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation or technology modernization projects.
• Background in digital transformation, enterprise information management, or Corporate Data Office initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent professional certification.
