Salary: $131,000 — $180,400 CAD

What you will do
- Manage large-scale, complex security initiatives across multiple teams, defining timelines and managing dependencies.
- Partner with global Cyber Defense Operations and Engineering teams to design and enhance protection capabilities.
- Define paths forward for complex technical and operational challenges with a high degree of autonomy.
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards in Jira to report on program status.
- Mitigate risks by aligning team goals and introducing process improvements to mature Cyber Defense capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Toronto or Vancouver, Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity.
- Extensive experience working with security or engineering teams in cloud-native environments.
- Proficiency with Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous directives into concrete, actionable roadmaps.
Nice to have
- Certifications: CSM, PMP, CISSP, or CISM.
- Technical background in security engineering, security operations, or incident response.
- Familiarity with 's products and services.
