TL;DR

Location: Remote, must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada

Salary: CAD $120,640 - 150,800 + 15% target bonus

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including OKRs, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives involving tool implementations and large-scale process re-engineering.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure GTM effectiveness and sales productivity.
  • Manage relationships and communications with executive stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Identify roadblocks and drive the adoption of new processes and technologies across GTM teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically focused on sales automation or sales technology.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in sales automation tools such as Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing programs involving AI/ML integration into sales workflows.
  • Familiarity with reporting and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce certifications.
