Salary: CAD $120,640 - 150,800 + 15% target bonus

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including OKRs, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives involving tool implementations and large-scale process re-engineering.
- Define and track KPIs to measure GTM effectiveness and sales productivity.
- Manage relationships and communications with executive stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
- Identify roadblocks and drive the adoption of new processes and technologies across GTM teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- 5+ years of experience specifically focused on sales automation or sales technology.
- Proven track record of delivering complex strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in sales automation tools such as Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- Must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience managing programs involving AI/ML integration into sales workflows.
- Familiarity with reporting and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Salesforce certifications.
