What you will do

  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying, shaping, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a core account portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business priorities and company value propositions.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with C-level stakeholders to uncover new buying centers and opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services, and Product teams to ensure adoption and identify expansion triggers.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for account retention and measurable year-over-year revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas by upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive-level relationships.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proficiency with commercial tools such as Salesforce and Clari.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences.
