Location: Remote within the U.S. (ability to operate between GMT-4 and GMT-7 timezones required). Option to work from the San Francisco office.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Enterprise Customer Success team, owning quota performance and retention.
- Manage priority accounts directly as a player-coach, modeling best-in-class success practices.
- Drive revenue outcomes by building a culture focused on rigorous cross-selling and account growth.
- Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals, upsells, and AI agent adoption.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across priority Enterprise accounts.
- Influence the product roadmap and revenue strategies by representing the voice of the customer to leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within SaaS, specifically with Enterprise accounts.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing senior AMs/CSMs and driving team quotas.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and NRR goals.
- Deep AI fluency and experience using AI tools in daily professional workflows.
- Must be based in the U.S. and able to operate between GMT-4 and GMT-7 timezones.
- Expertise in post-sales methodologies, ROI storytelling, and executive alignment.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Sigma, and Pylon.
