Focus on building the expansion sales motion from the ground up and promoting an AI-forward product roadmap.

Location: Hybrid in South Jordan, UT

What you will do

  • Execute growth and expansion strategies for the largest strategic Corporate firms.
  • Manage the transition of customers to new pricing and packaging models.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and growth.
  • Handle complex contract negotiations for renewals and upsell deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize the lifetime value of premier clients.
  • Partner with leadership to establish processes and culture for the new expansion organization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding high-value corporate accounts.
  • Strong skills in complex contract negotiation and sales forecasting.
  • AI-proficiency and ability to articulate AI value to customers.
  • Innovative mindset with a desire to build sales motions from the ground up.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in South Jordan, UT.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or Gainsight.
  • Previous experience in a founding or early-stage sales/AM role.

Hiring process
