Location: Hybrid in South Jordan, UT

What you will do
- Execute growth and expansion strategies for the largest strategic Corporate firms.
- Manage the transition of customers to new pricing and packaging models.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and growth.
- Handle complex contract negotiations for renewals and upsell deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize the lifetime value of premier clients.
- Partner with leadership to establish processes and culture for the new expansion organization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Account Management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding high-value corporate accounts.
- Strong skills in complex contract negotiation and sales forecasting.
- AI-proficiency and ability to articulate AI value to customers.
- Innovative mindset with a desire to build sales motions from the ground up.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in South Jordan, UT.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Previous experience in a founding or early-stage sales/AM role.

Hiring process
