What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, product presentations, and proofs of concept during the sales cycle.
• Design customized, value-based solutions that align hirify.global's capabilities with customer digital objectives.
• Develop and deliver interactive product demonstrations using the Great Demo framework.
• Manage technical documentation including RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
• Provide a feedback loop between customers/partners and the Product Management and Marketing teams.
• Travel to customer sites when necessary to facilitate solutioning and relationship building.

Requirements

• Experience working with a Content Management Platform (CMP) or similar Marketing Technology.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both marketing and technical stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence for navigating meetings with diverse customer stakeholders.
• Proven track record of implementing digital experiences (relevant for developers transitioning to SE).
• Must be based in or associated with Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing KPIs and content-driven marketing strategies.
• Understanding of MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) and Composable architectures.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as React, NextJS, and Vercel.
