Principal Program Manager (Business Operations): Leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to scale ’s partner programs with an accent on revenue integrity, compliance, and operational strategy. Focus on driving data-informed decision-making, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and implementing scalable policy frameworks across Product, Legal, and Finance teams.
Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
Salary: $145,900 – $245,400 annually, depending on location and experience.

What you will do
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution to ensure sustainable program growth.
- Develop and operationalize policy frameworks for payment and compliance in partnership with Legal and Finance.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by leading complex business analyses and implementing operational reporting.
- Identify and mitigate revenue risks while optimizing business performance through research and pilot testing.
- Partner with Product teams to implement payment-related features and improve go-to-market strategies.
- Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams on complex trade-offs and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, analytics, or program management.
- Proven track record of leading business integration across Product, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams.
- Experience designing program workflows and leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel (SQL is a plus).
- Ability to navigate complex decision-making and influence without authority in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to work remotely.
