TL;DR
Program Manager (Commercial): Driving end-to-end execution of commercial initiatives and evergreen programs with an accent on program planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting. Focus on building knowledge infrastructure and managing cross-functional dependencies to align the Commercial organization.
Location: Seattle, WA. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Salary: $100,000 base + 10% target annual bonus.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end program management, including scoping, planning, risk management, and reporting for commercial initiatives.
- Create and maintain program dashboards and tracking systems for stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive clear actions and outcomes.
- Own the global Commercial knowledge infrastructure, including the strategy and governance of the intranet site.
- Serve as the commercial workstream lead for company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of tools and practices to enhance program delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience, including 2+ years in program management.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Ability to build tracking systems and produce executive-ready documentation.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
