Salary: $128,000–$168,000

What you will do
- Lead execution for complex underwriting and new business modernization initiatives.
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable delivery plans, including scope definition and sequencing.
- Partner across Operations, Technology, Product, and Distribution to ensure cross-initiative alignment.
- Manage program governance, including status reporting, risk management, and executive updates.
- Enable platform rollout and stabilization through defect triage and post-release issue management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading business execution or program delivery within Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, or Financial Services.
- 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale system or platform modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise underwriting transformation, including rule-based decisioning and case workflows.
- Ability to produce executive-ready materials, including status decks and milestone summaries.
- Proficiency with enterprise tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Experience with automated and lite-touch underwriting paths and third-party data integrations (labs, APS/EHR).
- Exposure to Salesforce-enabled platforms supporting underwriting or advisor workflows.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
