TL;DR

Chief Strategic Architect (Enterprise Orchestration/AI): Serve as hirify.global's technical authority and strategic advisor to critical prospects, customers, and market, building technical trust across customer lifecycle with an accent on enterprise integration, AI orchestration, and intelligent automation. Focus on engaging C-level executives, shaping AI strategies, accelerating deals through technical validation, and influencing product direction via field insights.

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; Charlotte, North Carolina; New York, New York. Travel to client sites up to 50%.

Salary: $240,000 - $280,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Engage C-level executives to shape integration strategies solving complex business challenges and act as trusted technical advisor throughout customer lifecycle.
• Guide AI and agentic automation journeys, design agent-based workflows, and define enterprise MCP strategies for secure AI orchestration.
• Establish thought leadership via workshops, conferences, content creation, and industry narratives positioning hirify.global as category leader.
• Accelerate deals by providing technical validation, competitive differentiation, ROI narratives, and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Influence product roadmap with customer insights, develop reference architectures, and enable internal teams on technical capabilities.
• Lead strategic engagements, technology evaluations, and governance models for enterprise automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related (or equivalent)
• 20+ years technology transformation experience including integration, middleware, or API management
• 15+ years in Enterprise Architect, CTO, VP Engineering, or similar senior role
• Demonstrated experience advising C-level on technology strategy and transformation
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, operating models
• Proven track record driving platform expansion in enterprise accounts
• Excellent executive communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in complex environments

Nice to have

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Deep knowledge of enterprise apps: Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle
• Experience with cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Hands-on with AI/ML platforms and agentic automation
