What you will do

• Own month-end close processes for assigned areas, interacting with business partners and external auditors
• Ensure data compliance and integrity across systems, including upstream internal controls
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analytics
• Investigate discrepancies, develop SOX-compliant documentation, and maintain general ledger accounts
• Improve processes through automation, analysis, and industry-standard methodologies
• Support cross-functional teams and assist with new ERP system implementation and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Accounting experience; Public Accounting preferred
• Education or equivalent in Accounting; Active CPA or CPA eligible strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with advanced Excel; experience with NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, Kyriba, Concur, BlackLine
• Experience supervising staff for 1+ years strongly preferred
