What you will do

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Manage accounting for cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and intangibles.
• Produce detailed financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Optimize accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement AI agents to automate routine accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 or high-growth company preferred).
• CPA designation or actively working towards it.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
