Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 a year

What you will do

• Oversee daily fund accounting and administration for PE, VC, and Real Estate funds.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Maintain capital accounts, allocations, and detailed investor activity tracking.
• Coordinate audit and tax processes, partnering with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Supervise daily workflow, providing coaching and technical review for junior team members.
• Identify risks and inefficiencies to propose and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or fund accounting.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with private equity and/or venture capital funds.
• Strong working knowledge of partnership accounting and capital accounts.
• Experience supporting fund audits and tax processes.
• CPA preferred (active or in progress).

• Experience with professional fund accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
