What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Make clear, well-reasoned prioritization decisions and communicate trade-offs simply.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, and GTM teams to reduce friction.
• Translate clinician needs into focused, practical product solutions with a clear rationale.
• Use AI tools to accelerate your own workflows in research, analysis, and prototyping.

Requirements

• 6+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping high-impact products in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated practice of using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating insights into product direction.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity and brevity.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and make hard trade-offs without perfect information.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, clinical workflows, or other regulated/high-stakes product environments.
• Experience at high-growth startups where you wore multiple hats.
