TL;DR

Head of EMEA Partner Success (AI): Building and leading the partner success function for the EMEA region to enable consulting and systems integration firms to deploy Claude with an accent on scaling partner ecosystems, industry specialization, and customer adoption. Focus on designing the regional engagement model, managing a high-impact portfolio of partners, and ensuring high-quality AI implementation outcomes.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (Must be in office at least 25% of the time)

Salary: £215,000 - £250,000 GBP

What you will do

  • Build and lead the EMEA Partner Success team from scratch, including hiring and defining regional operating systems.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of EMEA partners as a reference implementation for success in the region.
  • Design criteria for partner entry and graduation within the managed portfolio across countries and verticals.
  • Adapt engagement models to align with EMEA-specific regulatory, data residency, and procurement norms.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive joint goal-setting on customer adoption and certified architects.
  • Drive scalable enablement to ensure partner architects are proficient in new Claude capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience working with consulting and systems integration partners in EMEA.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team and scaling partner-facing functions in Europe.
  • Proven track record in usage-based businesses with a focus on adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Direct working knowledge of the European systems integrator landscape and delivery practices.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to be credible during architecture reviews.
  • Must be based in London or able to comply with the hybrid office policy (25% onsite).

Nice to have

  • Experience with major SIs such as Capgemini, Sopra Steria, Atos, Accenture EMEA, or Deloitte EMEA.
  • Experience transitioning a company from product-led to partner-led motion in Europe.
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in French, German, or Spanish.
  • Knowledge of EMEA data residency and regulatory environments for partner agreements.
