What you will do

• Lead the operational backend including Admissions, Coordination, and Assessment to meet all daily and weekly KPIs.
• Manage the workload and output of operational pods to ensure high-volume tasks are processed without bottlenecks.
• Integrate AI tools into BAU workflows to automate routine tasks such as drafting communications and data processing.
• Collaborate with the EDUKATE.AI product owner to identify and implement features that drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee the administrative funnel from application to enrolment and manage the preparation for End Point Assessments (EPA).
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational support queries.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing backend teams of 8+ people against hard metrics and service SLAs.
• A strong systems mindset with a dedication to making connected workflows faster and more accurate.
• Proven AI literacy and experience applying technology to remove manual administrative burdens.
• Must be based in the UK.
