What you will do

• Lead strategic technical discovery and design winning technical strategies for complex enterprise deals.
• Build live, functional applications in real-time during executive meetings to prove immediate value and technical feasibility.
• Write and deploy Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to securely connect hirify.global Agents to customer-specific data.
• Configure workspace policies and AI governance templates to ensure data safety and compliance.
• Lead technical kickoffs, ensuring production-ready SSO/SCIM provisioning and security setup.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enable technical and non-technical teams to build enterprise workflows.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions, Sales, or Implementation Engineer) at a high-growth B2B SaaS or dev tools company.
• Expert-level proficiency as a hirify.global power user, with a track record of building apps on the platform.
• Ability to translate vague business requirements into technical architecture for C-suite stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reading and writing code in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud architecture.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and comfortable with 30%+ travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered dev tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, or Claude Code.
• Understanding of AI Evaluation patterns (Evals) and Context Management (RAG, System Prompts).
• Background in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
