Location: Remote must be based and work along CET timezone hours (or maximum +/- 2 hours deviation). Possible hubs: Brussels, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Berlin, Budapest, Dublin, Frankfurt, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan, Porto, Sofia, Tallinn, Vienna, Warsaw.

What you will do

• Optimize delivery lifecycle for Infrastructure and Data squads using DORA metrics for data-backed insights on speed and quality.
• Align platform roadmaps with client-facing divisions, managing competing priorities and dependencies.
• Own service levels (SLAs/SLOs), lead incident response, post-mortems, and continuous reliability improvements.
• Streamline regulatory compliance through rigorous documentation and auditability in deployments.
• Line manage QA engineers and drive QA automation roadmap for foundational services, including regression and integrated testing.

Requirements

• CET timezone (+/- 2 hours).
• Proven engineering leadership in Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) within engineering-led organization.
• Experience managing delivery of foundational technology services (Infrastructure, Data, Platform Engineering).
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Deep knowledge of incident management and maintaining service levels for internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional stakeholder navigation to drive consensus across teams.
• Experience leading QA professionals and QA automation roadmaps.
• Strong critical thinking and influence without authority.

Nice to have

• Degree or background in Business Computing.
• Experience in Finance, Fintech, or Crypto sectors.
• Certifications: Agile, Lean, ITIL, PMP, or Prince2.
