HR Coordinator (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage HR documentation, employment contracts, and addendums in accordance with labor law requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee well-being, and workplace preparation for new hires.
• Administer Polish benefit platforms and handle various HR queries and ad-hoc activities.
• Coordinate payroll with external providers and ensure accurate data integration into the HRIS.
• Manage end-to-end relocation projects to Poland and handle residence and work permit renewals.
• Act as the point of contact for office-related queries and organize company events in Poland.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Native Polish and C1 English proficiency.
• Solid understanding of Polish labor law (contracts, working time, documentation).
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and working with HRIS systems.
• Hands-on experience with payroll preparation and coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a comparable field of study.
