What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation delivery from kickoff to go-live using the proprietary CLOUD methodology.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while proactively mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on complex technical engagements and lead lighter projects autonomously.
• Act as a trusted advisor to translate customer business goals into scalable hirify.global solutions and best practices.
• Lead executive communication and manage senior stakeholders to drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
• Coordinate across internal Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, as well as external system integrators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation consulting, onboarding, or project delivery.
• Proven track record of owning the full lifecycle of customer-facing SaaS implementations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with digital media, DAM, or martech ecosystems.
• Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity without close oversight.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kraków, Poland.

• Familiarity with platforms such as hirify.global, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or Shopify.
