• Analyze project requirements and prepare comprehensive project plans.
• Manage large, cross-functional teams including programmers, artists, and QA.
• Ensure project quality and adherence to strict deadlines.

• Plan team capacity and track performance metrics.
• Support team development through feedback and career planning.

Requirements

• Experience in GameDev is mandatory.
• Proven track record managing teams of 10+ people.
• Experience working with external clients and building trust.
• Ability to manage all project phases from concept to release.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
