Senior Financial Analyst (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly cash flow forecasts and reconcile them with actual results to ensure financial accuracy.
• Analyze variances and identify underlying drivers to provide insightful commentary to leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting stakeholders to align budgets and monitor cash movements.
• Lead the redesign of the cash flow forecasting framework and develop scalable financial models within Pigment.
• Build new analysis tools to enhance visibility into cash flow drivers and overall financial performance.
• Support the broader Finance team with month-end/quarter-end tasks and ad-hoc process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
• CPA designation or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• B.Comm in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, working capital, and balance sheet movements.
• Proficiency with financial planning systems (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive) and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite).
• Fluency in English is required for communication within a global organization.
