What you will do

• Provide executive oversight of the Global Controllership, Accounting, Revenue, AR, and AP functions.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
• Manage the relationship with external auditors and report directly to the Board's Audit Committee.
• Define and execute the global IFRS 15 policy for complex revenue streams.
• Drive optimization of the global order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay processes to improve working capital.
• Direct the Finance Transformation team to implement automation and a world-class reporting architecture.

Requirements

• CPA (or equivalent) designation.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with 8+ years in management.
• 5+ years in a Senior Director or Head of role within a large, multi-national public company.
• Expert-level knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
