What you will do

• Partner with Director and VP-level leadership to analyze performance and inform decisions on resourcing, compensation, and strategy.
• Lead annual planning processes and manage short- and long-term forecasting with a focus on weekly and monthly trends.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable variance insights and executive-ready commentary.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Business Analytics to support month-end close and ensure revenue/expense reporting integrity.
• Manage accruals and forecasted payouts in partnership with the Commissions team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FP&A supporting functional business leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be based in the US to support the Go-to-Market organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or SaaS industries.
• Specialization in Subscription Revenue analysis.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Zuora, or Google Suite.
