What you will do

• Perform consolidated reporting of company-wide P&L results across functions and cost centers.
• Manage opex budgets and partner with functional leaders to plan, track, and manage spend.
• Monitor monthly actuals vs. budget, investigate variances, and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Own short and long-term cash flow forecasting, including operating cash flow projections and debt covenant tracking.
• Partner with HR to manage headcount models, hiring plans, and evaluate the financial impact of organizational changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes through automation, standardization, and enhanced data integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Experience within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong expertise in P&L consolidation, financial modeling, and cash flow forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems such as Anaplan is a plus.
• Must be based in the United States.
