What you will do

• Own full P&L for assigned portfolio brands and serve as go-to for all financial questions from revenue to EBITDA
• Lead monthly controlling cycle, ensuring accuracy, speed, and clarity of outputs
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for management
• Contribute to annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts with cost/profit center managers
• Support month-end closing and develop FP&A tools like Abacum and NetSuite
• Leverage AI for automation in closing comments, data validation, and ad-hoc reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics or equivalent
• 2-3 years in finance, controlling, or FP&A
• Solid understanding of P&L and month-end processes
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for models and analysis
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools; diligent, analytical, and deadline-oriented

Nice to have

• SaaS industry experience
• Multi-entity/multi-currency experience
• Abacum, NetSuite, or similar FP&A tools
• Automation/scripting exposure
• Progress toward ACCA/ACA/CIMA
