What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for care gap and coding automation solutions, from pipeline generation through contract execution.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including target customer profiles, outreach motions, and sales playbooks.
  • Build and manage relationships with economic buyers, including CFOs, CMOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders.
  • Translate real-world clinical workflows into product requirements and partner with data science to improve detection accuracy.
  • Establish a repeatable sales motion to scale the business line beyond the initial cohort of customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in a healthcare setting (clinical, quality, or CDI) with a deep understanding of inpatient workflows.
  • Strong expertise in hospital operations across clinical and/or revenue cycle domains.
  • Familiarity with CDI, coding workflows, and quality measures such as MCC capture.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in dietitian or nutrition leadership.
  • Leadership experience in CDI, coding, or hospital clinical operations.
  • Proven track record of building, selling, or scaling new initiatives in healthcare.
