What you will do

• Ship high-quality and secure code for the Applications Platform.
• Provide technical leadership by managing projects, defining scopes, breaking down tasks, and coordinating milestones.
• Design and implement reliable backend systems tailored for hospital care teams.
• Implement modern security design principles and preventive measures to protect healthcare data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Proven technical leadership experience in managing end-to-end projects.
• Track record of designing, deploying, and scaling in microservice environments.
• Authorized to work in the US and eligible for E-Verify.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Nice to have

• Fullstack experience, specifically with TypeScript and React.
• Experience in healthcare tech (Smart on FHIR, CDS, EHR integrations).
• Knowledge of data engineering tools like Databricks and Kafka.
• Experience architecting solutions using Domain Driven Development (DDD).
