What you will do

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for maintainable, clean code.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, and Product teams using Agile methodologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 8+ years of experience in software development for enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with MySQL, NoSQL databases, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Domain knowledge of the energy industry.
