Salary: $85,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for maintainable, clean code.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, and Product teams using Agile methodologies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- 8+ years of experience in software development for enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with MySQL, NoSQL databases, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Angular.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
- Domain knowledge of the energy industry.
