Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive territory growth by prospecting and closing new business with hospital-based NICU teams.
  • Deliver tailored consultative sales presentations on the value of rapid genomic testing for critically ill newborns.
  • Collaborate with Health Systems Directors and hospital leadership to optimize genomic sequencing utilization.
  • Coordinate and execute both in-person and virtual hospital engagements.
  • Lead educational initiatives, including hospital presentations and clinical meetings.
  • Monitor utilization metrics and case studies to reinforce the clinical use case of rWGS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare or hospital-based sales, preferably NICU or genetics-focused.
  • Must be based in the Southeast US and possess a valid driver’s license for ~75% field travel.
  • Strong technical aptitude to manage multiple clinical offerings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM documentation.
