What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Change Management consultants.
• Develop and own the practice's delivery playbook, defining methodologies for high user adoption of Generative AI solutions.
• Design and lead executive-level change management and strategy workshops.
• Facilitate strategic sessions that translate complex technical challenges into actionable business outcomes.
• Develop training and communication strategies aligned with the "agentic work" paradigm for workforce evolution.
• Manage team allocation and project assignments to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in Management Consulting or leading a professional services practice with a focus on organizational change.
• Proven success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience running dynamic design-thinking or strategy workshops for C-level executives.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value and strategic imperatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and establish immediate credibility with executives.
