What you will do

• Develop and evolve the global AI strategy and roadmap.
• Define transformation priorities and AI initiatives based on business needs.
• Prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility, and impact.
• Prepare decision-ready documents, recommendations, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive selected strategic AI initiatives end-to-end, tracking progress and business impact.
• Support the definition and evolution of roles, processes, and interfaces within the AI operating model and governance.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in a top‑tier management consultancy or a comparable strategic role.
• Proven experience working closely with senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and structuring capabilities with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Very strong communication and presentation skills for complex topics.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stuttgart, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, digitalization, or data‑driven initiatives.
• MBA or a comparable additional qualification.
