What you will do

• Own the consumer growth P&L, taking personal accountability for NTU volume, payback period, and 12-month LTV.
• Partner with the Consumer Product lead as a co-owner of the vertical's revenue and strategic direction.
• Direct strategy and priorities for horizontal functions including paid acquisition, lifecycle CRM, onboarding, SEO, and affiliates.
• Build an AI-native production model to produce performance creative and campaign assets directly, reducing handoff cycles.
• Drive go-to-market for new products and features using clear activation hypotheses and fast iteration.
• Lead and develop growth leads and cross-functional pods consisting of designers and data analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in growth, consumer product, or GM roles with direct ownership of revenue numbers.
• Proven ability to operate as a business owner, setting unit economics targets and making decisions based on cohort data.
• Experience operating in a matrix or cross-functional model, driving accountability through teams not directly owned.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for specified benefits.
• AI-native working style, using AI for creative production and data analysis as a default.
• Deep data fluency at the operator level and experience in consumer fintech or crypto.
