Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with community gatekeepers and influencers to secure high-traffic venues for prospecting.
• Source, plan, and host sales and marketing events and Medicare educational presentations.
• Collaborate with Broker Managers to align outreach strategies and coordinate agent assignments for events.
• Train and motivate external agents on community-based marketing best practices and lead-generation techniques.
• Partner with local provider groups for strategic co-op marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all activities adhere to Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS compliance regulations.

Requirements

• Must be located in SW Florida Lee County.
• Active insurance producer license in state of residence (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to travel across the local territory.
• Existing network of community contacts and deep knowledge of the local senior landscape.
• College degree preferred.
