TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Analytics): Generating qualified sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting with an accent on B2B enterprise software and strategic account mapping. Focus on executing high-volume outreach, qualifying marketing leads, and collaborating with Account Executives to grow the pipeline.

Location: Remote (US East Coast: Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Connecticut)

Salary: $80,000 OTE (70/30 split)

What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by responding to marketing-generated leads and targeting outbound prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to establish and execute prospecting plans for strategic accounts.
  • Manage small deals and renewals within assigned territories to grow existing customers.
  • Conduct account mapping and develop effective prospecting strategies.
  • Engage with executives and business professionals to communicate the value of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • 1 year of B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience.
  • Expertise in consultative and solution-based prospecting and selling.
  • Capability and eagerness to make 50+ dials daily.
  • Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection in a competitive environment.
  • Must be based in the US (East Coast: MA, FL, NJ, NH, CT).

Nice to have

  • College degree.
  • Experience prospecting and selling Business Intelligence or Analytics software.
