What you will do

  • Define and evolve the multi-year system product vision and roadmap for pharmacy automation platforms.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into prioritized product outcomes and investment decisions.
  • Lead buy-vs-build evaluations, vendor assessments, and architectural direction decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, architecture, quality, operations, and external partners.
  • Oversee governance processes to ensure system reliability, compliance, and risk management.
  • Mentor and support product managers and system leads to advance organizational capability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, system ownership, or technical platform leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-scale systems or automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy automation preferred.
  • Proficiency with data-driven tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or SIMIO.
