GTM Coach (Sales Leadership): Providing 1:1 coaching to senior sales leaders to help them identify goals and improve leadership communication with an accent on professional development and emotional intelligence. Focus on implementing hirify.global's ICF-certified coaching methodology and guiding members through complex workplace challenges.

Location: Remote. Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, or Germany

Salary: Hourly rate plus bonuses

hirify.global is a coaching platform providing professional development and leadership growth for sales leaders through a community-driven approach.

What you will do

• Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to hirify.global members using proprietary tools and platforms.
• Complete an immersive, ICF-certified coach training program to master the hirify.global methodology.
• Maintain ongoing communication with members via email and the hirify.global App between sessions.
• Contribute to the coaching community by sharing tools and insights to enhance collective practice.
• Act as a community ambassador, fostering a safe and empathetic space for members.

Requirements

• Director, VP, or senior sales leader with 20+ years of experience managing sales teams and coaching individuals.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, or Germany.
• Ability to dedicate minimum 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), self-awareness, and a growth mindset.
• Experience and comfort working in a constantly-changing startup environment.
