Senior Manager, GTM Enablement (SaaS): Leading the end-to-end enablement lifecycle for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams with an accent on building scalable training programs and AI-native learning experiences. Location: Remote within the USA (excluding Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia)
Salary: $173,862 - $245,452 USD (Depending on metropolitan tier)

What you will do
- Design and deliver full-lifecycle enablement programs, including onboarding, product training, and skill-building for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Lead and develop a team of two enablement professionals in a player-coach capacity.
- Define repeatable operating playbooks and cadences for GTM initiatives and product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing and Product teams.
- Build and own GTM coaching and quality programs, leveraging tools like Gong and implementing auto-QA for support.
- Develop AI-native enablement experiences to accelerate the learning curve and skill application for customer-facing teams.
- Establish and track measurable impact metrics to connect enablement activities directly to business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement or Learning & Development, with at least 4 years of people management experience.
- Proven track record in a SaaS environment with a deep understanding of Sales and Customer Success motions.
- Expertise in enablement technology such as Gong, Seismic, Lessonly, or similar LMS and QA platforms.
- Strong command of instructional design best practices and excellent communication skills for influencing senior leadership.
- Must be based in a supported US state to be eligible for employment.
Nice to have
- Experience enabling 24/7 support organizations and designing auto-QA tooling.
- Hands-on experience prototyping AI-assisted or AI-native training experiences.
- Experience defining annual enablement strategies and translating them into operational plans.
