What you will do

• Lead implementations across growth marketing platforms including Braze, Iterable, Segment, and Talon.One.
• Guide clients through the end-to-end implementation process and customize project deliverables.
• Develop a deep understanding of platform integrations and technical nuances.
• Manage all project communications and deliverables effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, executives, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 2+ years of software implementation support experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate settings and client/stakeholder interaction.
• Proven experience with platforms like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Klaviyo.
• Ability to clearly articulate and present technical topics to a non-technical audience.

Nice to have

• Braze Onboarding Consultant Certification.
• Experience with CDPs (Segment, Tealium, Treasure Data, mParticle) and analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Technical proficiency in JSON, SQL, and making API GET/POST calls.
• Understanding of IP Warmup strategy, planning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Wrike, or Trello.
